LUCKYBOY is a brand which has to assure the quality of its products and services. They only use a more stringent standards and a lower variable tolerance requirements to maintain exhaustive quality control protocols.
Its strict QC guidelines and qualified inspectors ensure the quality of the product and whether is matches the name LUCKYBOY or not.
The detailed process starts with the QC engineer pulling some random products from the product lines and taking it to the Quality Control Lab. The inspector later on implement some test on the products that have chosen. These are technical inspections to test for imperfection in the materials, colour fastness, tear strength, sewing seam quality etc.
In order to have better solution QC tends to work with the R&D department for improvements.
